Shari Corr has a holistic approach to birth and bodywork. She works on energetic as well as muscular levels, accessing deep places with gentle hands. She has had experience working with people of all ages over the last 15 years, but the primary focus of her current work is in women’s health. She combines her skills and wisdom as a Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, Arvigo Practitioner, and mother of two to support pregnancy from preconception to postpartum. Her most recent title is Student Midwife. She is excited to be studying traditional midwifery through WomanCraft Midwifery Education Program, and apprenticing at Full Spectrum Midwifery.
Shari knows first hand that women remember their birthing experiences for the rest of their lives and are forever shaped by them. She has a passion for helping women to have satisfying and empowered birth experiences based on each woman’s unique birth values. It is her highest calling and greatest honor to serve in this way. Shari is knowledgeable, grounded, honest and has a great sense of humor. As your doula she will help you get all the information you need to make informed choices, help you sort out the right questions to ask, step back and allow you to make those choices, and then support you in your decisions.
