I am a 2004 graduate of Touchstone Healing Arts School of Massage. I received additional training in Hot Stone massage from Earth Stone. I work on an energetic level as well as a muscular level. I have a holistic approach, realizing the body/mind is one and it is all interconnected. We only break it up into parts and systems in order to study it better. You cannot affect one part without affecting the whole. I consider it a great honor to be trusted with people’s bodies. I am also a trained Doula with experience in pre-natal massage, labor support and post-partum care for moms and new babies.

My practice is centered at Family First Chiropractic in the beautiful Malletts Bay area of Colchester, Vermont - a short drive from Burlington, Vermont.

I am a member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals, Birth Arts International, and Doulas of North America. I am certified and insured.
